Nest Coffee & Bakery started with a simple idea: bake bread that tastes like bread should, and pour coffee that actually wakes you up. We opened our doors on Main Street and have been doing both every single morning since.
Our sourdough ferments for 48 hours. Our pastries are laminated by hand. Our espresso is pulled to order, not held under a heat lamp. Nothing here is rushed, and nothing here is frozen.
